Team & Ethos
A multidisciplinary team of RCVS-registered surgeons, nurses and support staff delivers individual treatment plans and clear, jargon-free explanations. Staff are trained in Fear-Free handling and provide separate cat and dog wards to minimise stress.
Who Qualifies & What It Costs
PDSA operates a means-tested model: owners living inside the hospital’s postcode catchment can receive either completely free treatment for one pet or reduced-cost care for additional pets, provided they receive qualifying benefits such as Housing Benefit, Council Tax Support or Universal Credit with the housing element.
